       VEHICLE TUNING 

 

A vehicle tune-up is a necessary part of a good vehicle maintenance program. By ensuring the proper function and performance of a vehicle engine and all of its supporting systems, a good vehicle tune-up ensures optimal engine performance, maximizes vehicle gas mileage, and prevents minor problems from turning into major vehicle problems.

 




 

      CAR SERVICING

 

 A series of maintenance procedures carried out at a set time interval or after the vehicle has travelled a certain distance.

The completed services are usually recorded in a service book which is rubber stamped by the service centre upon completion of each service. A complete service history usually adds to the resale value of a vehicle.

Maintenance tasks commonly carried out during a motor vehicle service include:

Mechanical parts that may cause the car to cease transmission or prove unsafe for the road are also noted and advised upon.

       BRAKES

 

 Regular brake inspections should be part of your vehicle's ongoing maintenance, helping to ensure its safety and reliability. In fact, we recommend that you have them inspected at least once a year or if you experience any of the following:

  • Low or spongy brake pedal

  • Hard brake pedal

  • Brake warning light that stays on

  • Continuously squealing or grinding brakes

 The act of inspecting or testing the condition of car subsystems (e.g., engine) and servicing or replacing parts and fluids.

Regular maintenance is critical to ensure the safetyreliabilitydrivabilitycomfort and longevity of a car. During preventive maintenance, a number of parts are replaced to avoid major damage or for safety reasons, e.g. timing beltreplacement.
